We have made paying your rent online available through our website using PayPal for your security. You may use your PayPal account and/or a Debit or Credit Card below.
IMPORTANT: We require you to add an additional 3.3% with a minimum of $35. – No fee is less than $35. Please add the processing fee to all online rent payments. Failure to add the 3.3% or minimum of $35 to your total will result in your account being deemed ‘NOT PAID IN FULL’.
Example:
If your rent is is $1,100, you will add an additional $36.30 for paypal fees – math example $1,1000 x .033 = 36.3
